A question is the beginning of a journey and best answered with a question:

Q) What do we do?

A) What do you need?

We advise, coach and consult with clients and leverage the influence and strength of resident wisdom within a vast, trusted, relationship network to obtain objectives and achieve growth. We reveal blind spots, then align, provide and deploy expert solutions and produce quantifiable outcomes.

We leverage our time, talent, tools and treasury to pair people with projects, position partnerships, prioritize plans, re-align resources, facilitate deal flow and enable efficient exchange for maximum benefit in the shortest time frame.

We address needs, add value and maximize business goals by implementing relational resources,  which translates to increased: market share, shareholder value, valuation, profit margin, organizational process and efficiency,  brand partnerships and strategic alliances.

Engagement At Multiple Levels:

Consulting • Advising • Mentoring • Assessing • Networking • Sourcing • Developing

How We Do It:

Connections • Catalysts • Contacts • Consensus • Collaboration

Inspiring Leadership Base • Expanding client base • Increasing asset base

Relational Capital

‘Relational Capital’ is the highest form of capital.  We assess this as our prime indicator as well as including your:

Start-up Capital (seed funds and debt financing)

Working Capital (operating funds = assets – liabilities)

Financial Capital (shares, banknotes, bonds)

Manufactured Capital (goods & fixed assets)

Relational Capital is the engine that drives everything and includes Human & Social Capital.

Transformation

We address existing and uncover dormant business problems, provide solutions and create a vision of what the future looks like.

Our goal is to bring transforming results by causing a ‘phase’ change.  In physics, degrees of difference produce ‘phase’ changes…from solid to liquid to gas states.  Steam is the gas state of water.

  • Solid means unmoving or no growth
  • Liquid means moving and some growth
  • Gas means progressing forward and expanding

State of Change = State of Mindset + State of Relationships

Our ‘goal’ is not simply reaching 213° but the ‘gold’ found in containing, harnessing and managing the steam that’s produced…that process leads to increased success, significance, results and revenues.

Most people and organizations move along trying to improve, not realizing how close they are to becoming exceptional and achieving breakthrough results…they remain at 211°.  If they only knew that 1° or 2° of change was just beyond their view or around the corner, they would apply more effort and push through. Often, it is a 1° blind spot that requires removing. We do this very effectively.

Direction

Along with Degrees°, Direction plays a major role in life, especially in the life of an organization. At 213°, we place significant emphasis and pay strategic attention to Direction.

KPI’s, Key Performance Indicators, are used to measure if you are going in the right direction or wrong direction.  Just as your blinker indicates your intention to turn for other drivers, or signs provide you with confirmation that you are on the right road, KPI’s do the same.  The key, however, is whether you utilize or pay attention to them or just go on auto-pilot because you ‘know’ the way or have ‘been there or done that’ before.  Is your internal or external GPS working?

Question: If you don’t know where you are headed, how will you know when you arrive at your destination or achieve your BHAG, Objective, Target or Purpose?

Destination is critical.  This is also part-and-parcel with Destiny. It is tied to the Goals, Objectives, Obstacles, Desires and Success metrics of you and the organization you lead.  We call this the GOODS Model. This is the first step in every consultation. Once we discuss the GOODS, we ascertain a clear pathway to achieve optimal results.
